In this four-day immersive program you will fully integrate into the city’s ecosystem to explore how strategic design, systems thinking and regenerative leadership can unlock new pathways for innovation and impact.
Through carefully curated site visits, collaborative laboratories and facilitated learning experiences across some of Barcelona’s most enterprising locations, you will get privileged access to pioneering innovators, researchers and civic leaders.

She helps organisations strengthen their leadership, build cohesive cultures and design strategies that create meaningful and lasting impact.
